Roger Krissman, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Roger Krissman was recruited to join Prime in 2003, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the company. As Chief Financial Officer for Prime, he is responsible for the financial management of Prime Healthcare Services including all of its subsidiaries and related entities.
Roger received his bachelor’s degree from California State University – Long Beach and subsequently attained his Masters in Business Administration. He has extensive healthcare experience and has held senior management positions in finance as well as operations.
In addition to acute care hospitals, he has experience with multispecialty medical groups; long term care providers; integrated delivery networks and has a background in capitated managed care reimbursement models.
Along with his financial duties for Prime Healthcare, Roger is also a Director for Desert Valley Insurance Limited, an off shore captive insurance company.
Roger Krissman is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a member of the Inland Region Advisory Board for City National Bank.
