Suzanne Richards is currently the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Prime Healthcare since 2005.
She graduated with her nursing degree in 1989 and spent a majority of her clinical career in the intensive care unit. In 1993, Suzanne obtained a Master Degree in Public Health (MPH), with an emphasis in Biostatistics from Loma Linda University and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Irvine in the Healthcare Executive Program in 2000.
Suzanne has worked as a hospital surveyor for the Joint Commission and an administrator and CNO at local facilities in Orange County and LA County. Suzanne has worked in hospital administration, medical group administration, and in the areas of health plan quality, workers’ compensation case management, legal nurse consulting, technical advising for motion pictures and occupational health nursing.
Suzanne is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE), a Diplomate from the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (CHCQM) and a Fellow of the American Institute of Healthcare Quality (FAIHQ).
