Becker’s spotlights Sunitha Reddy, Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Operations, for her leadership in advancing financial and operational strategy across Prime’s 51 hospitals and 360+ outpatient locations in 14 states. Under her guidance, Prime earned more than 150 Healthgrades awards in 2025 and 31 Leapfrog “A” grades, while also being named among the most socially responsible health systems in the nation. Beyond her corporate role, Ms. Reddy leads philanthropic efforts as Executive Director of the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation.
Dr. Imran Siddiqui, Chief Medical Officer at Desert Valley Hospital and Desert Valley Medical Group, is recognized for his leadership that blends clinical expertise with strategic vision to improve care and operational outcomes. He was instrumental in launching Desert Valley Hospital’s internal medicine residency program, while also continuing to serve as a practicing physician. Under his leadership, Desert Valley Hospital earned a Leapfrog “A” grade, underscoring its excellence as a premier acute care facility serving the High Desert.
