Suburban Community Hospital Ranked Top 10 Most Socially Responsible Hospital in the U.S. by the Lown Institute

(ONTARIO, Calif. – July 1, 2024) – According to Becker’s Hospital Review, the Lown Institute ranked Suburban Community Hospital in Norristown, PA, as the sixth top hospital for Social Responsibility among more than 2,700 acute care hospitals and 800 critical access hospitals nationwide across 54 metrics related to health equity, value of care and patient outcomes.

Suburban also received “A” grades in each of these three categories, earning them a spot on the Lown Index Honor Roll. Learn more about the methodology here.
