Erica Reilley serves as Prime Healthcare’s Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Litigation Counsel and is a member of the Prime Healthcare Executive Team.

Erica joins Prime with more than 23 years of experience, most recently as a partner in the Issues and Appeals Practice at the Los Angeles office of Jones Day, a premier global law firm. Erica has been recognized as a trusted advisor and strategist at all levels of litigation. During her tenure, she represented healthcare providers on a wide variety of complex issues, including fair reimbursements for services. Erica is also an appointed member of the Local Rules Advisory Committee, U.S. District Court, Central District of California. She also served as a professor of appellate advocacy, legal research, and writing at Loyola Law School and the USC Gould School of Law, both in Los Angeles.

Erica earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts with high honors from University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a member of various professional law organizations including the National Native American Bar Association as a voting member.
