Prime Healthcare and its hospitals are committed to ensuring our websites are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continuously work to improve the accessibility experience across our sites.

Because patients are our top priority, we have implemented features to improve accessibility. Some of these features are described below:

  • HTML text is formatted to allow website visitors to increase and decrease font size using standard browser resizing functionality
  • Images on our sites include “ALT tags,” which assist users who access content through a screen reader
  • Screen readers will interpret text links as hyperlinks rather than underlined text
